I've just purchased my online package, when and how do I start?

​

After your purchase, you will receive your client information form to complete. Once this has been completed and returned,  I'll advise you of two potential start dates - depending on your availability, we'll then get started!

​

Note: You'll receive your plans 2-3 days prior to the start date to ensure you can do any

food shopping/prep.

Are all plans really tailored and customised?

​

Absolutely, the reason you're sent a client information form to complete, is to give me the insight I need to develop the most effectively tailored plan for your goals.

​

I'm not a member at "The Gym, Hagley Rd - Birmingham" - where you work, can I still do

 online training?

​

Yes, you do not have to be a member of the gym at which I work, you can apply the online coaching to ANY gym you have access to!

 

​

I don't have access to a gym, can I complete online coaching and training from home?

​

Absolutely, training and nutrition plans can be designed for both at-home training and gym use.

​

​

I've never been to a gym, but would like to join a gym and would look to use your

online coaching, can you help with that?

​

Yes, I've taken on many clients who have never stood foot in a gym before. You may want to learn

how to appropriately use the equipment within your gym, and online coaching most definitely

helps with that.

How many times do I have to train per week when online training?

​

Depending on your current level of fitness the plan will require you to be able to train between

3-5 days per week.

​

​

Am I required to meet in person before I start my online coaching plan? 

​

It is not necessary to meet prior to starting an online coaching plan.

 

​

Can I see you in person for additional private training - as well as use your online coaching plan?

​

If I have availability to privately train you alongside the online coaching plan,

this is definitely an option we can explore.

How do I confirm payment for online training/or can I pay with an alternative method?

​

You can confirm payment for you plan by accessing the appropriate page, and pressing add to cart with the option available. If you'd prefer to use a direct bank transfer method, this can be arranged - direct email me at jonastokes@outlook.com
